  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once they have been delivered, except under specific conditions outlined below

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues.
  • To process a claim, we may require photos or other documentation of the damaged or incorrect product.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

  • A replacement or refund will only be issued if:
    • The product was damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
    • The product received was not what was ordered.
  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for a replacement or refund.

Procedure for Claims

  • Provide your order number, details of the product(s) in question, and any necessary documentation (e.g., photos of the damaged item).

Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2-5 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Process

  • If a replacement is approved, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost. The timeframe for receiving the replacement may vary depending on product availability.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
    • Products that have been partially consumed or used.
    • Products that have been improperly stored after delivery.
    • Live animals, after they have been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@rngmeatsupplier.com. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
