  All prices listed on our website are in Rand/ZAR and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be added at checkout.

Order Acceptance

  Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the ordered products.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before we process your order. We accept payment via credit card, Cash on delivery (Conditional), bank transfer, OZOW, and PayFast. Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once the funds have cleared on our side.

Delivery

• We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframes, but delays can occur. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a delay in delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate.

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after placing them, provided they have not been processed or dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately.

Live Animals

• Orders for live animals are subject to availability and specific terms. We take no responsibility for the care or condition of animals after they have been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Liability

• RNG Meat Supplier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of RNG Meat Supplier and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
